摘要：機(jī)械粘砂和化學(xué)粘砂是熔模鑄件常見的鑄造缺陷之一，它是指在鑄件的表面上牢固地粘結(jié)著一層金屬與型殼材料結(jié)合物。本文重點闡述熔模鑄件化學(xué)粘砂和機(jī)械粘砂的外部特征，產(chǎn)生的部位、機(jī)理以及主要原因，同時提出了從熔模鑄造的選材、制殼工藝、焙燒工藝、熔煉工藝等方面采取實用、有效的對策，從而提高熔模鑄件的合格率。

摘要：

本文重點闡述了熔模鑄件鼠尾、凹陷和夾砂的外部特征，產(chǎn)生的部位，產(chǎn)生缺陷的兩種機(jī)理；分析了產(chǎn)生缺陷的兩種主要原因；同時提出了應(yīng)采取的相應(yīng)對策，即降低型殼在焙燒或澆注時產(chǎn)生的熱應(yīng)力，提高型殼質(zhì)量避免分層；以便減少熔模鑄件的鼠尾、凹陷和夾砂缺陷。
