Primary Responsibilities:
Position requires a senior mechanical design engineer who is experienced in the design and packaging of ruggedized embedded computer systems for military and aerospace applications.   The candidate will be responsible for the design, documentation and production support of electro-mechanical components and systems per specific customer requirements.  Within Aitech’s small company environment, the senior mechanical engineer’s role is a combination of leadership, mentoring, and hands on performance of the mechanical engineering tasks.  3D solid modeling techniques using Autodesk Inventor? and proficiency using AutoCAD? is required.  Knowledge of material properties and finishes applicable to the design of electronic packaging components is a must.  

, d3 ]4 q4 G' {# \7 b8 fStrong knowledge of ASME Y14.100 and ASME Y14.5M-1994 practices
" U9 i$ `% ]* i' ?7 {Working knowledge of the creation and control of Technical Data Packages (TDPs) per DOD-D-1000 and MIL-STD-100
Working knowledge of military, ANSI/ASME and IPC specifications
. O: S- Z' \0 t; I* }9 E& t5 KDirect experience in the design, analysis, and qualification testing of electronic packaging in avionics applications
  u+ O- K  O# h9 ?/ W+ VDirect experience in the specification and control of Printed Wiring Board artwork process and fabrication required
. }/ |. V* H$ _Prepare and present customer presentations, and participate in face to face customer discussions and negotiations regarding complex technologies
Develop technical solutions derived from technology building blocks
Lead special Research & Development project activities or investigations within the Mechanical Engineering discipline.
Working knowledge of Document Control and Configuration Management procedures
+ r) i8 P( z, Q4 WWorking knowledge of sheet metal and machine shop practices is a plus
Manage technical sub-contracts
* k/ s. n9 f2 u1 b3 LStrong communication skills
Independent worker who can operate in a small company environment
Use project scheduling tools to estimate the total cost of a development program
Coordinate activities of engineers within the Engineering Department and/or across Aitech programs and projects
Manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous activities

在米國作工程師其實不容易的，尤其作機械工程師，很不容易，
: {0 C3 k- \9 n1 V米國不象我們，有嚴格的專業區分，我們國家，玩冶金的絕不玩其它設備，玩化工的，也不玩冶金，這是當年斯大林同志制定的，大家不可以亂串，因為叛逃的后果對社會主義是致命的，

) [* _, `3 O1 ~9 }米國的家伙就什么都玩，20年前，俺四周格子里的家伙，你一問，玩什么的都有，以前玩船的，玩飛機的，玩采礦的，五花八門，但都一個特點，來了，放下手提箱，脫了外套就干活，沒有說什么適應半年的，
& d: ^$ c: E1 H. u% E4 m' E
中國的家伙，你20歲畢業，要特拼命的玩，到30歲之前，有可能趕上世界的平均水平，與他們平等，但可嘆了，大家的時間都白混過去了，
說點不客氣的話，我們工程師的水平比人家普遍要低，視野窄，計算技能差，不適應變化的環境，

: p: m9 M# f+ g) {: k1 |: Y3 z  |在電子行業工作,當然這方面知識懂的越多越好,才有利于與內部及客戶交流
估計在美國這個職位也就十來萬美金,在國內拿相應人民幣
