This step ,being perpendicular to the main wall, is working as a strength rib and is helping to prevent the wall from bulging out . The section on ABC part appears to warp the most .

I will need to get from you , the sprue size , runner size and design, as well as gate size , if we are to  have a mold flow analysis done on your part.

我還注意到WWY件在較低的側壁那兒，就在接合處前，有一個臺階。該臺階垂直于主壁，起加強筋的作用，幫助防止主壁膨脹。ABC件上的這部分區域貌似變形得最厲害。
若要做流道電腦分析，則請您提供注料口尺寸、澆道尺寸及設計，以及澆口大小。
