1.Engineering 工程技術
Familiar with heavy duty casting machining process
精通大型鑄鐵件、鑄鋼件的金屬切削加工工藝；
Have good understanding of engineering drawings.
能夠識別Auto CAD工程圖紙，熟悉工程圖紙公差配合等。
; P# d* S1 d# R) R( @Familiar with Fanuc 18i and Siemens 840D system and machining program writing
熟悉Fanuc18i和 西門子840D操作系統, 依據圖紙能進行金屬切削編程；
) G5 ~% r+ w( m4 _6 |2 G4 ~0 }# W+ nResponsible for new product introduction，and design fixture and select machining tools according to engineering drawings.
! s6 ?, ]* G# R: N# i# z( w負責新品的開發，根據加工圖紙和工藝選擇合適刀具，并進行夾具設計，和加工工藝的編制工作；
/ }! k, B1 M! X9 @' b8 L+ x' \7 pRelease process method instruction and SOP procedures
! w- Q: Y. v7 m9 T/ [  h# h發行工藝卡和相關操作標準書，監督首件的制作，并進行現場指導。
3 Y; y$ e4 j+ }+ V' N" ]Check first workpiece sample.
8 q) m' X' m2 Z3 F. |負責樣品或首件的測試工作
Track and improve the existing work methods, reduce machining time and tool cost
1 Z% @% L5 J" A0 h) \* M5 d追蹤和改進現有的工作方法，降低加工時間和生產刀具制造成本。
     
1 m' k, r7 v9 \8 K3 G! k$ `$ z+ ]2.  Participate in and support Ceiko quality and productivity improvement activities, reduce machining time and save tooling cost.
參與并支持公司各類的品質改良、生產力提升等活動，進行持續不斷的改善:減少加工時間和節省刀具費用。
      
3．Work with QA people to contact clients for technical and quality issues
* L+ ~$ @3 R( a# I" d8 |) @配合質量人員聯系客戶有關于技術和質量加工方面的問題
      
) V$ k- G* `* ?* [' {4．Collect and provide technical basic knowledge for engineering, such as estimated machining time, tooling and fixture setup cost.
9 O/ O/ k9 s9 a3 s6 E對新產品，收集并提供基本技術信息，如：預估的加工時間、刀具和工裝投資費用等。
      
5．Plan training schedule and prepare  training documents for new products
針對新產品，提供培訓資料和培訓計劃
      
6.  Accomplish assignments by production supervisors
完成主管指派的任務

Skills:                         Know and work with metals field (products / raw material)
必須熟悉金屬產品制造加工
                        Computer skills – Auto CAD, MS Office required
