摘要：本課題研究的主要目的是設計出與CK6136臥式數(shù)控車床相匹配的液壓尾座系統(tǒng)，本課題將以其尾座為研究對象，設計出符合該車床的液壓尾座。

為了完成本課題的設計，在設計之前的準備工作必須做好，首先是搜集和分析資料，主要包括國內(nèi)外數(shù)控機床的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；液壓技術和液壓傳動系統(tǒng)的基本資料；同等機床液壓尾座的圖紙和資料等。其次是初步確定液壓尾座的總體布局，包括配置形式、液壓系統(tǒng)的布置及選擇液壓能源及相應的配套元件等。最后主要是關于尾座的設計計算。

CK6136數(shù)控機床變檔卡緊及尾座頂緊的控制方式基本上是手工控制，在通常的加工過程中，需先用手工控制的方式完成變檔和卡緊工作，然后再進行裝夾，在裝夾完畢后還需要使用手工控制的方式完成尾座的頂緊工作。由此可知，在數(shù)控機床的加工作效率效率并不高，而且工人勞動強度大，耗時又耗力，還會增加企業(yè)成本。因此，本課題研究所要達到的預期效果是在CK6136數(shù)控車床加工過程中，當需要使用尾座時，使用本課題所設計的尾座可以提高加工過程的機械化和自動化水平，提高生產(chǎn)效率，降低工人的勞動強度，降低企業(yè)成本。

既然是英譯，當然是中文為主了，先不管中文寫得如何，看看英文翻的如何。

【點評】

1.機器翻譯，翻譯完作者既沒有過目，也沒有修飾。至少細看一遍，單詞間空格、大小寫和語句通順是可以做到的，哪怕是中文式翻譯。

2.都是機器的錯。看看機器的翻譯，

"當需要使用尾座時"，機器翻譯為“when the need to use Tailstock”，其實翻譯為“when using a tailstock is needed”較好;

幾乎沒有從句，比如，

“本課題研究的主要目的是設計出與CK6136臥式數(shù)控車床相匹配的液壓尾座系統(tǒng)”，這樣翻譯比較妥當，
