應該是材料的標準編號，電阻焊碳素鋼與合金鋼機械鋼管。
打個比方我們國家GB/T3077-1999,是合金結構鋼的標準編號，但是在這個標準里面有很多不同牌號的材料。40Cr \35CrMo\40CrNiMo等等。

1.1 This specification covers electric-resistance-welded carbon and alloy steel tubing for use as mechanical tubing.

& }! }( z" k+ o“ASTM“ ——美國材料與試驗協會標準。ASTM標準中的類別很多，其中有涉及金屬材料的標準序號為A字頭的。

0 \9 v( s' J+ G% x+ x% K樓主的“ASTM A656”即是ASTM中的 “A656/A656M-00a 具有改良可模鍛性的高強度低合金熱軋結構鋼板 ”一項標準；“ASTM A513”即是ASTM中的 “A513-00 電阻焊碳素鋼與合金鋼機械鋼管 ”一項標準。一個美國ASTM的機械鋼管標準，一個是美國ASTM的熱軋結構鋼板標準。

A656標準中的鋼板相當于我國的低合金高強度鋼，如“Q295”、“Q345”、“Q390”、“Q420”、“Q460”等，也可用合金含量來表示，如Q345也可用16Mn表示，對特殊專業用鋼，在元素后加代號表示，如16MnR，表示容器鋼。

“ASTM A513”是美國標準中的一種焊接鋼管標準，相當于我國標準GB/T3091－GB/T3092－GB/T14291標準中的焊接鋼管；“1026”按標準應該是“1025”，相當于我國的25#鋼。
