我新買了一臺壓力機,63噸的,加好油以后開車沒問題,聲音也不大,可是下午在用了一會兒突然聲音就特別大了,求求各位大俠......救救我...

再好好看看，是齒輪泵嗎？是齒輪泵就比較麻煩，齒輪泵比較便宜，有些廠家的產品質量不行，基節誤差大，有些是齒面硬度有問題，壽命很短，只要壓力能保證，湊合用也行，

1  吸油管道太細。
3 ?& A! S2 \8 e* N! E" z2  液壓油太臟，吸油口沒安裝過濾器。
8 R5 P* |5 K' P# P( I3  電機和泵的同軸度不好，連軸器選型安裝不當。
4  齒輪泵泵殼低壓側磨損。
5  圓型配油盤磨損。
一般齒輪泵沒修的價值，換一個新的拉到。找個師傅出場費也要150啊。

請查看泵是否快速嚴重發熱,如是可斷定泵側板或軸承燒傷,泵壞換新.
看油位是否未達到要求的高度

是一直振動大還是在一個速度段振動比較大，說明書有沒有標示危險速度
