用詞不當(dāng), 不是竄動(dòng), 應(yīng)該是游隙比較大. 會(huì)影響最終精度. 死擋限位應(yīng)該放在執(zhí)行器的末端, 而不是氣缸的兩端, 這樣即使齒輪有背隙, 也會(huì)被氣缸死死壓住, 會(huì)好很多.
那個(gè)軸承座應(yīng)該是調(diào)心式的,會(huì)旋轉(zhuǎn)一點(diǎn)角度,軸向可以靠機(jī)構(gòu)限位,徑向主要看廠家,日本貨這類軸承應(yīng)該沒(méi)有竄動(dòng)吧
死限位會(huì)不會(huì)因?yàn)楸诚锻笸它c(diǎn)
